Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver first-class guest service and manage parking, doors, and luggage at hotel properties. You will greet guests, assist with check-in processes, and ensure a courteous, efficient experience.

The role requires physical work outdoors in all weather, with opportunities to grow into supervisory positions through Crescendo Training and our career development programs. Training is provided, with tips as a core part of earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Valet parking attendant, preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle, preferred.
• Proficiency in English; verbally and written.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally run.
• Ability to run up and down multiple level of stairs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.
• Extend the initial friendly welcome to hotel guests.
