Job Overview

Clayton Valet is seeking prompt, polite, and professional valet attendants for our Healthcare Valet Team. Responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving patient and visitor vehicles, and assisting guests into the building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and excellent customer service skills to enhance hospital visits.

Shifts Available

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 3pm

Location

• Lake St. Louis, MO

Primary Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
• Assist with personal belongings upon request
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Maintain valet equipment and work area
• Stand for extended periods
• Open doors for guests
• Follow safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass drug screening and criminal background check (no felonies)
• Clean driving record in last 3 years
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption
• Pass driving and parking test
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional appearance
• Physical ability to run, bend, lift up to 30lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation or knowledge of MetroBus/MetroLink
• Tattoos must be concealable
