Job summary

BALBOA BAY CLUB VENTURES LLC is seeking a Guest Services/Valet Attendant at our Newport Beach property. You will greet guests, assist with parking, and provide shuttle service while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and safety.

You will monitor traffic, protect vehicles and keys, assist with luggage, and relay guest requests to management. The role requires professional demeanor, strong communication, and basic computer skills to operate hotel systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to learn and use hotel telephone and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with parking and transportation needs.
• Direct and monitor vehicle traffic and ensure safe, legal parking.
• May shuttle guests to and from the hotel per schedule.
• Load/unload luggage and ensure security of vehicles and keys.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns; notify management as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE where required.
