Job summary

Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a dependable valet attendant who excels at guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, manage valet tickets, and oversee the parking area while ensuring safe handling of belongings.

You must hold a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and be able to lift luggage as needed. This role requires reliability, friendliness, and a readiness to support guests throughout events.

Qualifications

• Passion for superb guest service and strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmission.
• Strong physical capacity to lift heavy luggage and move quickly to parking areas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow valet processes to document each vehicle’s parking location on the ticket.
• Take care of other duties as assigned.
• Assist guests by handling luggage and placing it securely.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and discussing hotel events or services.
• Drive vehicles to the parking lot and retrieve them safely and efficiently.
