Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep cars moving smoothly and safely.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Greet customers by name, attend to their needs, and build rapport.
• Open and close doors for guests and assist with luggage when needed.
• Turn off vehicles and manage keys, issue valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars promptly, accurately, and with care.
• Maintain a self-reliant attitude and work with or without supervision.
• Promote outstanding customer relations and represent LAZ Parking positively.
