Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Must provide legal work documentation in the U.S.
• Adaptability to changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, cash handling and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive guest service and resolve requests efficiently.
• Know local streets and landmarks to assist guests with directions.
• Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and report findings.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws at all times.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Arrive on time with a neat uniform and support team operations.
