Job Details:

  • Reports to: Guest Service Coordinator
  • Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time
  • Status: Non-Exempt
  • Compensation: $7.25 - $18.00/hour + daily cash tips (rates vary by market and service performance)
Position Summary

The Valet Attendant provides excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and record details
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow safety guidelines
  • Manage traffic flow, assist guests, and handle inquiries professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Support team and handle guest concerns politely
  • Arrive on time, in uniform, and follow company policies
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record and background check
