Flik Hospitality Group at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Full-time Valet Attendant to deliver vehicles safely and provide world-class hospitality to patients, guests and visitors.

The role requires driving both manual and automatic transmissions, assisting with patient mobility, and maintaining parking area cleanliness, with hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license mandatory.
• Must be able to drive and operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including sub-compact, compact, full-size, SUV, vans, and golf carts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely and accurate delivery of the vehicle to its destination.
• Demonstrate competency in driving all types of vehicles, including both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Use proper body mechanics when lifting and transferring patients or guests between vehicle and wheelchair.
• Safely transport patients and medical equipment and keep the passenger comfortable at all times.
• Collect and return wheelchairs to proper holding areas, disinfecting the equipment after use.
• Respond to emergency activities, such as code calls or disasters.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the grounds surrounding valet and parking lots.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Location: AT&T Hotel and Conference Center – 1900 University Avenue, Austin, TX 78705
• Schedule: Full time; hours and days may vary, including weekends and holidays
• Requirement: No experience mandatory
• Pay: $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

Provide optimal valet services to patients, guests and visitors by delivering the client’s vehicle in a safe manner and escorting the client in and out of the vehicle. This position is the first point of contact for patients and visitors arriving at the hospital and must provide world‑class valet service.
