Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with parking, and provide local information in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will help park and retrieve vehicles, maintain order in the valet area, and assist with luggage while upholding hotel procedures and safety standards. This role offers benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Safely park guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring security and proper positioning.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and documenting any damages or special instructions.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
• Assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, traffic laws, and hotel procedures when handling vehicles.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
