Job Title: Valet Attendant - Full-Time

Join our team at Parks Hospitality Group as a Valet Attendant at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown. We are seeking a friendly, reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, luggage, and local information, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Parks Hospitality Group. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $14.00/hr - $14.50/hr. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Safely park vehicles, ensuring security and proper positioning.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and accurately.
• Maintain records of parked vehicles and document damages or special instructions.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
• Keep the valet area clean and organized.
• Assist with luggage handling as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and traffic laws.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
