This temporary role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. Previous concierge or valet experience is preferred, with adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to solve problems, but know when to ask for input.
• At least one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to patients, visitors, and customers, facilitating access to the establishment.
• Performs valet services of parking, retrieving, and delivering customer vehicles.
• Drives vehicles to park and retrieve safely and promptly.
• Follows all standard operating procedures and safety policies.
• Provides front door assistance with information, directions, and assistance.
• Follows site-specific safety and security procedures.
• Maintains appearance standards, including uniform.
• Greets and welcomes customers, assisting access to the establishment.
• Handles cash, valet tickets, keys, and equipment per company policy.
• Performs concierge duties as needed and can hail taxis.
• Keeps area clean and free of debris.
