Job summary

Southern Valet, powered by Propark, is seeking energetic individuals for our hotel valet operations in downtown Greenville, SC. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, explain rates, and assist guests in retrieving self-park options.

The role requires a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving, physical stamina to be active all day, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and guide guests to retrieve self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform and provide friendly, professional service.
• Stay outside and active most of the day; able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
