Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Houston is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for full- or part-time shifts (1-8pm or 2-8pm). You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering high-level customer service, with a focus on prompt, courteous interactions and adherence to safety standards.

The role involves collaboration with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure efficiency, proper vehicle placement, ticket accuracy, and smooth payment handling, including tips reconciliation and

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to communicate with guests.
Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
Move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests and issuing tickets.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and accurately.
Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests as needed.
Maintain vehicle safety and security and manage end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
Communicate professionally with guests and teammates at all times.
