Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and a clear driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Flexibility to work second/third shifts and weekends when needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (provide docs if hired).
• Strong communication to resolve customer questions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns quickly and communicating proactively.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to aid a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
