Landry's, Inc. is seeking a Valet Attendant in Galveston, TX. You will provide courteous valet services, helping guests safely park and retrieve their vehicles while ensuring a smooth transition from curbside to dining, hotel, or entertainment experiences.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and reliable driving. This position is onsite, with tips and opportunities for advancement within Landry's portfolio of dining, hotels, and entertainment locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas.
• Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles.
• Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles.
• Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage.
• Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately.
