We are expanding our Guest Services team and seeking a Full-Time Valet Attendant. Our private beachfront resort is located on Puerto Rico's northern coast, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Manuel Morales Beach is just 10 minutes away, and central San Juan is 21 miles from our location.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have at least one year of customer service experience, and are capable of driving any type of vehicle.

Pay Rate: $6.05 per hour

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts. Full availability for all shifts, including overnight, is required.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Attendant, your role is to provide transportation services to Guests and visitors, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming Guests and assisting with luggage
• Maintaining contact with regular Guests and visitors
• Parking guest cars on hotel premises
• Providing driving services to Guests as needed
• Ensuring car park cleanliness and safety
• Staying informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, and events
• Securing guest vehicles while on hotel property
• Knowing local attractions and landmarks
• Complying with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
• Projecting a professional, hospitable manner

Ideal Valet Attendants are always representing Hilton to our Guests and collaborate with Team Members. To succeed, you should demonstrate:

• Previous driving experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
• Calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor
• Clean driving license and record
