Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Valet Ambassador at the Atterbury Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. Join a team delivering attentive guest services, parking management, and luggage assistance in a refreshed hotel environment.

You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, provide directions, and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles; valid driver’s license; driving record meets insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in all forms of transportation to the hotel lobby.
• Assist guests with retrieving luggage from vehicles.
• Explain valet parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Park and secure vehicles; note location and guest name for easy retrieval.
• Provide directions to registration and hotel services; assist guests as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
