Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking Valet Attendants at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in San Antonio, TX. If you enjoy meeting people and providing top-notch service, join our team and help park and retrieve vehicles with professionalism and care.

We offer part-time hours, a base rate of $11.00/hr plus tips, and on-the-job training. Must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver license. Uniforms are provided and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have a valid 2-year driver license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Parking/hospitality experience preferred but not required (paid training).

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow and greet guests with a smile.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and develop rapport.
• Open and close doors for customers on arrival/departure.
• Assist guests with luggage and with vehicle movements.
• Turn off cars and collect keys.
• Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and timely.
• Work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations and LAZ Parking experience.
