Job Details

• Compensation: Starting at $13.75/hour plus tips. Compensation is based on skills, experience, education, and location.
• Work Schedule: Open availability.

Summary: Provide exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering excellent customer service during arrival and departure.

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests professionally, acknowledge with last names, and maintain a friendly demeanor (25%)
• Practice proper phone etiquette and remain visible in designated areas when not performing tasks (10%)
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with bell services and luggage (20%)
• Provide directions, reservations, and area information; deliver messages and amenities; shuttle guests as needed (10%)
• Explain parking rates, manage claim checks, and handle vehicle keys; maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information; process revenue (35%)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
• At least 1 month of related experience or training

Skills:

• Effective communication in English
• Basic math and time-telling skills, including military time
• Ability to operate manual transmission (highly desirable)

Physical & Working Conditions:

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, run, and handle objects; climb stairs; and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Travel up to 5% may be required.
