Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services is seeking a Hospital Valet at UCM Crown Point, Crown Point, IN. The role handles guest parking and vehicle retrieval with a friendly greeting and efficient service.

The position is full-time, day shift (7:00 AM–1:00 PM) with a $17.00 hourly wage including tips. Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service and a valid driver’s license, with preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Driving Record: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren’t allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! Qualifications

• COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver\'s license and meet the company\'s motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
