Job summary

LAZ Hospitality is seeking a Valet Attendant to be the first and last person guests see, parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering outstanding hospitality. You will create a friendly, organized arrival and departure experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with paid training, uniform provision, and growth potential. A valid driver's license, 2 years of driving experience, and English communication are

Schedule & Availability

This position supports a hospitality operation that serves guests seven days a week. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

As a Valet Attendant, you are the face of LAZ Hospitality. Your friendly personality, professional appearance, and commitment to outstanding guest service create memorable experiences for every guest you encounter.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, maintain an organized arrival experience, and deliver the high level of hospitality our partners and guests expect.

What You'll Do
Guest Experience & Hospitality
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.
  • Greet guests professionally and create a warm, memorable first impression.
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
  • Assist guests with luggage as needed.
  • Build rapport with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve guest needs quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Valet Operations
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
  • Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
  • Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas.
  • Ensure the valet area remains safe, efficient, and guest-focused.
  • Support teammates and assist during peak business periods.
  • Maintain professionalism while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures.
  • Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Represent LAZ Hospitality with integrity, energy, and pride.

Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred
  • Previous valet, hotel, restaurant, parking, or hospitality experience.
  • Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring the ability to:

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and snow.
  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, stoop, squat, and move frequently throughout a shift.
  • Safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles.
