Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Valet Attendant in San Ramon, CA to greet residents and guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and support a welcoming community environment. This role requires safe vehicle operation, customer service excellence, and teamwork.

You will work on-site in the community, assist with doors and package deliveries, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a consistently hospitable experience for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Post-offer screenings may include a background check, drug screening, TB testing, per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with laws.
• Provide parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and keeping keys and tickets safekeeping.
• Make hospitality and customer service the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed.

Friday/Saturday 7:00am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-9:30pm

Sunday/Monday 2:30pm-9:30pm

About The Role

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
