Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a valet attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining high guest service standards. You will drive vehicles to and from the valet area, ensure safe parking, and assist guests with directions and inquiries.

Adherence to driving standards and safety procedures is required, with emphasis on customer service and reporting potential hazards to the Valet Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive guest vehicles safely.
• Provide high levels of guest service.
• Follow prescribed procedures and safety standards.
• Report unsafe conditions or hazards to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest vehicles to the valet area following prescribed procedures.
• Delivers assigned guest vehicles by driving vehicles from the valet parking area to the assigned canopy.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked in the assigned space with controls off.
• Check valet ticket against guests' receipts and assist guests in getting into their vehicles.
• Provide information to guests and answer inquiries.
• Visually inspect the work area and report any unsafe conditions to Valet Supervisor.

Job Duties

• Drives guest vehicles to the valet parking area following prescribed procedures.
• Driving is an essential function of this job.
• Team members must adhere to the driving standards determined by the Gaming Enterprise.
• Ensures the vehicle is parked in the assigned space and secured safely with all controls off.
• Delivers assigned guest vehicles by driving vehicles from the valet parking area to the assigned canopy.
• Checks valet ticket against guests' receipts and assists guests in getting into their vehicles.
• Provides information to guests and answers inquiries.
• Visually inspects work area on a regular basis and reports any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to Valet Supervisor.
