VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking a Valet Attendant in Morrisville, NC to create an exceptional guest experience by engaging with customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing safe, efficient vehicle service. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and professional appearance while supporting team operations throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with no prior required experience.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner to create an exceptional experience.
• Safely operate and move vehicles when needed and track keys/vehicles.
• Provide outstanding guest service and maintain garage organization.
• Be groomed and presentable at all times; follow VPNE language standards.
• Assist with shift transitions and support team with daily tasks.
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy and safety guidelines.

Position Summary

The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Always keep the safety of self and others in mind
• Always operate vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents
• Keep track of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage
• Provide exceptional guest experience
• Maintain organization at operation
• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy
• Use professional communication and the VPNE approved language choices
• Help facilitate transition at end of shift
• Look sharp and neatly groomed all times
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written

Requirements:

• Friendly and Outgoing
• Able to smile during customer interactions
• Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
• Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
• Ability to run and move quickly
• Ability to organize cars efficiently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check

• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
