Job description

Overview

The main purpose of the job is to control guest traffic flow into the front entrance of the casino, greeting and directing all guests to the appropriate outlet or area.

Reporting to the Lead Valet Supervisor, the Valet Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner while providing a positive first impression.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Show initiative by anticipating guest or operational needs.
  • Direct all guests to the appropriate outlets or departments.
  • Immediately report any concerns or issues to the Security Department.
  • Prioritize safety for yourself and co-workers by following all Health and Safety requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must submit a driver’s abstract.
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.

The schedule may vary and require shift work, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
