Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Valet Attendants to join our team in Chatham. As a valet attendant, you will be the first and last impression for guests—responsible for safely parking vehicles while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Maintain organization and flow of the valet parking area
• Assist with traffic direction and guest drop-off coordination
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
• Ability to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods
• Must be at least 19 years old
