Role Description

The Valet Attendant role at VPNE is a full-time, on-site position located in Oak Bluffs, MA. In this role, the Valet Attendant safely and efficiently parks and retrieves guest vehicles, following all company procedures and site-specific guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, providing clear directions and assistance, managing traffic flow at the entrance, and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor at all times. The Valet Attendant may handle cash or electronic payments, record transactions accurately, and ensure all tickets and documentation are properly managed. The role also involves keeping the valet area clean and organized, collaborating with team members, and participating in ongoing training to uphold VPNE's service standards.
