Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking a Valet Attendant (Part-Time) to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. A stick-shift capable driver with a friendly, professional demeanor is required.

Shifts are Sundays and Mondays from 7am–3pm with weekend availability mandatory. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, and entry-level applicants are welcome. Background and RMV checks must be passed, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Position Summary
The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional first and lasting impression on every guest. You will engage with our guests and customers in a positive, upbeat, and friendly manner, giving them the absolute best hospitality experience possible while providing safe, careful, and efficient parking services.

Core Responsibilities

• Safety First: Maintain strict awareness of your surroundings to keep yourself, teammates, and guests safe.
• Defensive Driving: Operate all customer vehicles with extreme care to prevent accidents or damage.
• Key & Asset Tracking: Methodically organize and track all vehicle keys and car locations throughout the garage.
• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional guest experience using professional communication and company-approved language choices.
• Operational Maintenance: Keep work environments clean, organized, and running efficiently by performing assigned upkeep tasks.
• Teamwork: Bring enthusiasm to the job daily and help facilitate a seamless transition at the end of each shift.
• Professional Appearance: Look sharp, remain neatly groomed, and adhere to uniform standard practices on job premises.

Compliance: Follow all established company attendance policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome; 1-2 years of valet or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Language: Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).

CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILL: Highly proficient in driving stick shift (manual transmission) vehicles. All candidates must be able to pass a rigorous company driving test.

Physical & Legal Requirements

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and consistently able to smile during customer interactions.
• Strong work ethic, upbeat personality, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to run and move quickly to retrieve vehicles efficiently.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver's License in your state of residency.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check.
• Must maintain a clean driving record deemed fully insurable by our current insurance provider
