Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking Valet Attendants in Atlanta to greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a professional, friendly presence. You will be the first and last face they see, ensuring a positive experience at all times.

We offer $8-12/hour plus cash tips, with both part-time and full-time positions available. A $100 referral bonus applies if referrals stay active for 90 days, and Payactiv allows daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to be flexible, and work at multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations calmly.
• Must be able to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Parkand retrievecars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently,andin a timely manner. Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs,anddevelop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.


• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars cleanandorganized, all with a smile on your face!


• Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.

Education:

• High school diploma or GEDpreferred but not required.

Experience:

• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.


• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills/Requirements:

• A Valid Driver’s License

• Must be able to work unsupervised.


• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.


• Ability to lift, pushandpull at least 25 pounds.


• Ability to stand, walkandrun for extended periods of time.


• Abilitytobend, stoop, squatandlift frequently throughout a shift.
