Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas while following all driving and safety regulations.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings.
  • Maintain traffic flow at the entrance, keeping the drive clear for arriving and departing guests.
  • Provide directions, hotel information, and recommendations for local attractions when requested.
  • Accurately record vehicle information, issue claim tickets, and ensure the safe return of vehicles to their owners.
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and storage areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk, bell staff, and management to coordinate guest needs.

The Valet Attendant provides a welcoming first and last impression for hotel guests by safely parking, securing, and retrieving guest vehicles.   • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes for vehicle operation.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles of all sizes.
