Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is hiring for a parking attendant in Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on guest services, parking safety, and revenue integrity with a Thursday–Sunday 3pm–11pm schedule. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, and benefits include Vacation/Sick leave and Holiday pay for full-time and part-time employees.

You will greet guests, explain parking procedures, assist with questions, and help keep the lot clean and organized while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Physical ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression and explain parking procedures.
• Ensure keys are securely stored and follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Maximize revenue by accurately collecting fees and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

• Assist team members during peak times or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.

Exceptional Service

• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting guests with their parking needs and answering any questions or concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including clearing any debris or trash.
• Provide additional customer service assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or assisting with directions.

• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring all fees are collected accurately.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.

About YOU:
