Alila Marea Beach Resort, a Boundless Hotel by Hyatt, is located in North County, San Diego, just 32 miles north of San Diego International Airport, and central to Encinitas, a charming seaside town along California’s Coastal Highway 101.

The resort features 130 guestrooms, 6,626 sq/ft of meeting space, a full-service Spa, two restaurants (Vaga and Pocket), and a café. The Intermediate Line Cook position requires good communication and culinary skills, hotel cooking experience, and a culinary degree. The candidate should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, work at a single station, and require supervision and training.
