Description

Team Fishel, the best choice employer in the utility construction industry, is hiring in the Cleveland/Akron area. We are experiencing rapid growth and are currently hiring skilled Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators with a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License). This position supports the foreman in executing new business contracts and focuses on safely loading and transporting construction equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, a clean driving record, and a strong focus on safety and an accident-free work environment. This role involves assisting with projects within our Telecom Construction division and offers a great opportunity to be part of establishing Team Fishel as a leader in the utility construction industry in Northeast Ohio.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsements and limited travel required
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide vacuum services according to policies and procedures.
• Operate hoses, tanks, and equipment for fluid extraction.
• Connect hoses and monitor fluid levels and safety conditions.
• Document all work performed in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain driving logs, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and keep vehicle maintenance records.
• Apply problem-solving skills and safety awareness on the job.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Project a positive and professional company image.

Prior construction industry experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
