Description

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for qualified Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators with a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License). This role supports the Foreman in executing new business contracts, focusing on safely loading and transporting construction equipment and materials. Candidates should have construction experience, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and an accident-free environment. This position involves supporting our Telecom Construction division and offers a great opportunity to be part of establishing Team Fishel as a leader in the Northeast Ohio utility construction industry.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License with Tanker Endorsements; limited travel required
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide vacuum services following policies and procedures
• Operate hoses, tanks, and related equipment safely and effectively
• Connect hoses to trucks and tanks for fluid extraction
• Monitor fluid levels and ensure compliance with legal hauling limits
• Document all work performed accurately
• Maintain driving logs, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and vehicle maintenance records
• Apply problem-solving skills alongside vacuum truck experience
• Follow verbal and written instructions diligently
• Present a professional image at all times

Prior construction industry experience is a plus

Bilingual skills are a plus
