Description

Team Fishel, the premier employer in utility construction, is hiring in the Cincinnati area. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking qualified Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators with a Class-A CDL (Commercial Driver's License). With over 86 years of reputation for excellence, Team Fishel continues to expand across the United States, including Cincinnati. This role supports the Foreman in executing new business contracts and focuses on safely loading and transporting construction equipment and materials. Candidates should have construction experience, a clean driving record, and be committed to safety and an accident-free environment. This position involves supporting our Telecom Construction division and offers a great opportunity to be part of a leading team in Northeast Ohio's utility construction industry.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License with Tanker Endorsements; limited travel required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide vacuum service according to policies and procedures.
• Operate hoses, tanks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Connect hoses and monitor fluid levels during operations.
• Document work performed accurately.
• Maintain vehicle logs, conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and keep maintenance records.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Follow verbal and written instructions carefully.
• Project a professional and positive image of the company.

Prior construction industry experience is a plus.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
