Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Setup Technician to support tool changes, equipment readiness, and production tasks in the Vacuum Forming department. The role involves safe handling of tools, startup verification, and continuous improvement activities on the shift.

You will perform minor PMs, 5S, and cleaning around equipment, while coordinating with team leaders and maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with production setup, tooling, machine operation, or maintenance support is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment setup requirements and machine settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to operate forklift, crane, scissor lift, and lockout/tagout as needed.

Responsibilities

• Setup, changeover, and startup support for vacuum forming equipment.
• Team-based setup and production support during changeovers and startups.
• Equipment care including minor PMs and 5S activities around vacuum formers and tooling areas.
• Communicate setup status and equipment concerns to leaders; participate in huddles and CI activities.
