Job summary

Entegris, Inc. Bedford, MA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the 1st shift (Sat-Mon, 6 am–6:30 pm) to join the ESC Operations team.

This hands-on role involves assembly and operating Hi-Vac metal sputtering, PECVD equipment, and wet etch operations for E-Chucks and coated products. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, with the ability to work overtime and lift up to 40 lbs in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work around chemicals (including IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL).
• Fluency in English is required for training purposes.
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety best practices and wear PPE on the production floor.
• Operate Hi-Vac metal sputtering and PECVD equipment to deposit coatings.
• Set up fixtures, de-fixture parts, and operate vacuum and processing tools.
• Monitor product and tool quality; report deviations promptly.
• Execute planned WIP and communicate delays.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per run schedules.
• Conduct visual and metrology inspections per quality procedures.
• Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.
• Collaborate with partner and Lead to achieve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, 6S-compliant work area.
• Record confirmations in SAP and input inspection data into Camline.
• Participate in shift pass downs for safety, quality, and production priorities.
• Follow work instructions and complete work orders and documentation.
