Vactor Mfg. Inc. - 2nd shift Electrical Maintenance Mechanic starting at $43.29/hr. (Manufacturing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install, maintain, and repair fabrication, machining, welding, material handling, and assembly equipment.
2. Install and maintain 480, 220, and 100 branch electrical service.
3. Pipe fitting (gas, water, air, sprinkler system).
4. Maintain and repair the facility.
5. Maintain a clean, safe work area.
6. Willingness to do emergency callouts.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Complete Annual Hazardous Waste Management Training, including handling, storage, inspection, and response procedures.

Experience and Skills Required:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing plant maintenance.
2. Understanding of 480 wiring, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
3. Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, welding, and cutting.
4. Proficiency with hand tools, PC, electrical testing equipment, sewer power rodder.
5. Valid driver's license.
6. Ability to work at heights of 40 feet and in confined spaces.
7. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical blueprints.
8. Pass a written and hands-on electrical test.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
