Job summary

Fladger Associates in Athens, GA is seeking a 1st shift Packaging Technician to prepare and package vaccines. You will operate packaging equipment, label finished goods, and ensure compliance with cGMP/SOPs in a 6:30 am–3:00 pm shift. The role includes equipment troubleshooting and line clearance responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and basic math and computer skills. Light lifting up to 35 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Package vaccines and operate packaging equipment.
• Label and package finished goods to meet quality standards.
• Maintain 40-hour work week from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
• Perform labeling, inspection and packaging per cGMP and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot packaging equipment issues and set up/change-overs.
