Job summary

Piney Technical Services in Gainesville, GA is seeking a production technician to label, inspect, and package vaccines on 1st shift. You will operate packaging equipment, ensure line rates are met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach production goals.

Applicants should have 2–3 years manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic math/computer skills. HS diploma required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Detail oriented with effective communication skills and quality conscious.
• Equipment/Process troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Preferred: 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, inspecting, and packaging of vaccines.
• Operate packaging equipment to meet target line rates.
• Read, understand and comply with cGMP, SOPs and QA documentation.
• Prepare QA line clearances and perform setup/change-over.
• Cross-train in other areas to meet business needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
