Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Operations Technicians to support vaccine production in Swiftwater, PA. You will help with downstream processing, biological services, and cart transfer operations in a fast-paced, cGMP environment.

Eligible applicants include recent life sciences graduates or military veterans; training is provided and weekly pay is offered. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in life sciences or veterans encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on production experience considered.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Downstream Processing & Biological Services: purification, filtration, and clarification of biological materials to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare, sanitize, and maintain process equipment and assemblies.
• Execute calibrations, cleaning, and integrity testing per cGMP standards.
• Maintain detailed regulatory documentation.
• Support investigations and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Cart Transfer Operations: Safely transport materials and equipment, including egg carts up to 800 lbs.
• Load/unload incubators, manage cold storage, operate washers.
• Document activities following SOPs and safety protocols.
• Follow cGMP and safety guidelines in fast-paced environment.
