Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science/biology field preferred.
• 1+ years of laboratory experience (academic lab experience accepted).
• Experience working with viruses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute small scale experiments with eggs and flu virus.
• Support and assist production of flu virus reassortants, reference antigen, and antisera.
• Run hemagglutination testing, SDS-PAGE, chromatography, and PCR.
• Order and maintain supplies and materials and ship as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
