Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required; MS/PhD strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in vaccine development and biologics laboratories.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership and people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Vaccine Laboratory Operations across antigen discovery, assay development, and stability programs.
• Oversee development, qualification, validation, and transfer of analytical methods.
• Partner with Quality, PPI, Automation, Operations and Regulatory Affairs to ensure program execution from development through commercialization.
• Ensure regulatory & biosafety compliance per global standards and lead inspection readiness.
• Develop operating budgets, capital plans, and long-term forecasts for the lab.
• Collaborate with Business Development on external partnerships and technology transfers.
• Mentor and develop high-performing scientific teams; drive continuous improvement.
