Job summary

Northeast Community Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant – Vaccinations to administer vaccines and assist with patient care under the supervision of licensed staff. The role includes vitals, phlebotomy, and basic lab tasks in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications include a Medical Assistant certificate or CMA, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. The position may require travel between facilities and some evening hours.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate or CMA required; CAD or related credential considered.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Immunization experience a plus; CPR/BLS typically required.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines to patients as directed by a Medical Provider.
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories; prepare patients for examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, and basic lab tasks as directed by protocol.
• Maintain clinic flow, stock exam rooms, and assist with front-office tasks.
• Complete paperwork, schedule labs, and communicate results to patients.
