Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel 100% outside home site area, including weekends/holidays.
• No sales experience needed; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging conversations with vacationing families.
• Promote vacation experiences and preview tours.
• Book reservations and help guests become vacation-ready.
• Use tablets/CRM to manage appointments and guest information.
• Hit goals and earn uncapped commission.
