As a Vacation Sales Concierge (Marketing), a typical day will include:

• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Providing the highest level of service to exceed sales and volume goals.
• Ensuring all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about products and services.
• Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

• Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.

To Become a Vacation Sales Concierge (Marketing)

• Highly motivated candidates with sales or customer service experience, enjoying guest interactions either in person or by phone.
• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
