Capital Vacations is hiring an Event Sales Representative to engage guests at coastal events and promote vacation packages. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and travel opportunities to events in Wilmington, NC, Myrtle Beach, SC, and nearby areas.

You’ll earn commissions based on performance while joining a supportive, high-energy team. Ideal candidates enjoy meeting people, are self-motivated, and comfortable working weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or event marketing is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel between event locations.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
