Vacation Replacement Porter-Residential will provide vacation coverage at our Residential properties from approximately February 15 to December 31, 2025. Please note this position has a limited term of five months with the opportunity for long-term retention based on business needs and performance evaluation.
Candidate will create a positive experience by providing superior customer service to building residents, guests, and prospects.
Current Pay Rate is $21.5819 per hour*. Additionally, this position would be eligible for overtime for all hours actually worked, consistent with the Local 32BJ Collective Bargaining Agreement. The overtime rate is $32.3728 per hour. Please note that wages are subject to tax withholdings and other applicable deductions.
*Please note, pay rate is scheduled to increase to $21.5819 in May 2024.
