Mainsail Vacation Rentals is hiring a Houseperson to help prepare vacation rental properties and maintain clean, safe spaces for guests in Holmes Beach, FL. The role supports housekeeping and operations by keeping outdoor areas tidy, inspecting units before arrivals, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality (housekeeping, vacation rental, hotel)
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to use technology (tablets/iPads) to complete tasks and report maintenance issues
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces and common areas by sweeping, blowing leaves, and removing sand and debris.
• Arrange and clean outdoor furniture, tables, chairs, umbrellas, grills, and fire pits.
• Pressure wash outdoor surfaces and common areas as scheduled.
• Water plants and maintain landscapes.
• Inspect guest units prior to arrival for guest readiness.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
