• Operation of lobby and security for a residential building
• Managing and tracking tenant packages/deliveries
• Collection and removal of trash and recycling
• Operation of the building compactor
• General cleaning in common and outdoor spaces
• Snow removal
• Vacant apartment preparation
• Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Property Manager

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Full and part-time positions available on multiple shifts. Potential to become a full-time union position based on performance and availability.
